The site is located in Kinsale County Cork and is currently under construction with a finish date for late 2020. The concept of the house was a detailed analysis of local building forms. The local vernacular includes small limestone cottages, brick store houses, old school buildings, Georgian houses to main a few. The forms of these buildings were reimagined into a dynamic architectural form which sets angled balconies and deep recessed openings to sit contextual yet stand on its own 2 feet on the exposed headland of Scilly.
