The site is located in Kinsale Co. Cork and has recently been granted a section 5 permission which is confirmation from Cork County Council that the rear extension falls in line with exempted development regulations. The design allows for a south facing gull wing roof with fractured angles and glass boxes of accommodation underneath. The sunken living room has been used as a feature in the design and the reorganizing of the interior spaces has been done to improve access, flow and usability.
